ADT offers an extensive range of hose assemblies for applications within the Food and Drink, and Pharmaceutical industry. All hose assemblies are manufactured in the UK and are available with a variety of end fittings to suit customer requirements such as Triclover, DIN, RJT, SMS, IDF and ILS. Whilst on-site fabrication facilities offer the opportunity for bespoke end fittings ranging from extended 45 degree and 90 degree elbows, dip tubes, tee’s and cross pieces, which can all be manufactured and fitted to hose assemblies as required.

PTFE Lined Stainless Steel Hose Assemblies are manufactured and tested by ADT Flexibles to the highest standards. These products excel in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and food industries, they are highly engineered and are a far superior option to rubber hose assemblies.

FDA Approved Rubber Food Quality Hose is available with a range of liners; NR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. These hoses are manufactured for use with alcohol, hot animal and vegetable oils, milk products, fruit juices and potable water.

Silicone Hygienic Hose Assemblies are and excellent product for use in the brewing and pharmaceutical industries and offer a high standard of cleanliness, flexibility and high operating temperatures. Silicon hoses can be supplied with polyester braid and, or stainless steel wire helix reinforcement.

Food Quality PVC Suction Delivery Hose is an ideal solution for drinks, vinegars, fruit juices, wine and liqueurs and is available with steel or PVC spiral reinforcement and braided yarn reinforcement, a combination of spiral and braided yarn is also available along with antistatic versions.

PU Food Grade Ducting is available for suction and transport of sugar, grain, flour, animal feed and other dry food products. When flexibility and resistance to abrasive substances is a requirement, PU ducting is an excellent choice. Anti-static options are also available and all ducting can be supplied in sizes up to 300mm.

All rubber food quality hoses, silicone hygienic hose assemblies and food quality suction delivery hoses are available in sizes up to 4” and are available on a next day service.
