SureService is a leading supplier of industrial weighing and labelling equipment to the Food Processing, Packaging, Pharma/Medical, Chemical and Health & Personal Care sectors in the UK.
Incorporated in 2012, SureService was formed to service and maintain the existing Herbert and PALS industrial weighing and labelling equipment in the field but has grown into a leading supplier of new equipment in numerous industries.
Offering bespoke solutions and working in conjunction with market leaders such as VWS, Novexx Solutions, Weber and ICE, SureService can offer a complete portfolio of industrial weighing, labelling and printing solutions.
The Micron Labelling System is an example of the bespoke equipment on offer – fully automatic ‘beak apply’ label applicators provide accurate in-line application of labels on a wide range of products. Available in top only, base only or as a combined unit, integrated with a conveyor system, or free standing and with the option of automatic print and apply labellers or a choice of coders.
The Octopus Ace from VWS is a high-speed automatic weigh labeller offering speeds up to 120 packs per minute using EMFR weighing technology, with a weighing range up to 6kg and is able to support multiple top and base labellers.
With an industrial 19” “icon driven” touch screen providing full traceability and current machine status with throughputs, totals and diagnostics directly accessible on screen in conjunction with fully integrated Nexus label formatting software and open interface (XML) for linking with ERP systems, this machine is true state of the art in weigh labelling.
The latest edition to our range is the NEW Flexi-Wrap Wide Edge Labeller. A fully automatic weigh labelling and folding system for catch weight (in conjunction with the Octopus Ace) or fixed weight applications; offering C-wrap, virtual full wrap and top labels applied wide edge leading it can also be supplied with an integrated ICE Zodiac thermal printer. With a maximum label width of 350mm and offering speeds of up to 80 packs per minute using standard labels it sets a new benchmark in wide edge leading labelling standards.
And of course, we offer Maintenance & Servicing; with a wealth of combined experience in maintaining weighing and labelling equipment, SureService are expertly placed to provide all types of service maintenance and support for our customers. Our field engineers cover the whole of the U.K carrying out both reactive calls to breakdowns and planned maintenance to ensure our machines are running efficiently to prevent unnecessary downtime. They are trained to support all our new equipment for which we provide a full service and spares facility and we offer an out of hours ‘on-call’ service.
