Capable of processing a 3000mm x 1500mm sheet up to 20mm mild steel and only taking the floor space of 6000mm x 2300mm Automatic focus cutting head, edge sheet detection, 21.5” touch screen fitted with Bodor Pro2.5 making the operation of the machine very easy to even new users.

We have also seen a big demand for our High-Power Fibre lasers 12kW & higher.
Fastline Steel Services UK Ltd have taken delivery of the second Bodor Laser with a P4020-12 4000mm x 2000mm x 12kw to increase their capacity to produce steel fencing.
The next P4020-12kw 4000mm x 2000mm x 12kW will be installed at S M Thompson Ltd in Middlesbrough in November, replacing a Bystronic Fibre, Mr Howard Thompson did hesitate to confirm their order after seeing for himself a 12kw installation at Pegasus Profiles Ltd in Thetford. He said it was a no-brainer and value for money. With 12kw we can now process mild steel sheet up to 45mm thick when our previous machine was only capable of 25mm.
This installation is being followed by a P3015-12kw 3000mm x 1500mm x 12kw going to Cube Metals Ltd in Uxbridge which is fitted with iTrans automatic loading and unloading system, this installation replaces a Kerf plasma again increasing Cube’s capacity way beyond the plasma, they will enjoy true holes not tapered, better edge finish and three times the cutting speed.
The big move to High Power Fibre Laser allows the use of cutting with Compressed Air & still maintain a quality edge finish with big increase in cutting speed.
We can now offer Bodor 20kw-22kw fitted with BodorGenius GN12 & GN22 laser head adopt external motor with a build-in driver unit, automatic changing position by driving collimator lens or the focusing lens, through program setting continuous focusing, to achieve fast perforation and automatic cutting on different thickness material, optimization optical design and water cooling design, make sure the laser head can stable working in full power for long time.
