Our service is unique in that we can digitally model existing plant and processes to identify inefficiencies, potential bottlenecks, and de-risk projects prior to any capex outlay.

We have recently completed projects within the food industry including one for a well-known producer of potato products. Our engineering team visited their premises and carried out an automation survey which helped to identify areas where current processes could benefit from smart automation. Our analysis led to a report suggesting replacement of existing parts, the addition of custom-built parts, and updated hardware. The replacement hardware was designed in-house by our team and was procured by ourselves on behalf of the client. We received all the deliveries, chased any delays, quality checked the finished parts, provided delivery to the client, and oversaw the installation.

Our client can expect to see benefits including reduced waste, improved design of replacements, and improved material selection reducing damage to parts. Support will be easier going forward, as the client will have control of the design with access to all part drawings and part sourcing for spares will be easier and cheaper from UK suppliers thanks to the new metric design, compared to their previous parts that used imperial measurements. As a result of the success of this project, we have since been ordered to now provide an end-to-end solution for this client.
