Tramspread
Tramspread, the liquid waste and digestate handling specialists, have been importing the Albers Alligator range of storage systems for 14 years, and as such have unrivalled knowledge and experience of their innovative and cost effective flexible storage systems or ‘bagtanks’ as they are simply known to most customers.
Permanent Albers Alligator Bagtanks can be supplied in any capacity up to 7000mᵌ. They are installed into an earthwork resembling a shallow lagoon and as standard, include fill/empty pipes with double valves and spillage vessels, Electric or hydraulic submersible mixers, full protective underfelt, and vegetation barrier for the banks. Other pipework and valve options are also available.
For temporary storage they offer two solutions: First is the Albers Alligator Winbag which is designed to be used in conjunction with the Winsystem reeler. It can be offered in capacities from 100mᵌ up to 350mᵌ.
The Winbag is simply laid out on smooth level ground, and can be used either as extra storage capacity, or as a nurse tank. It is supplied with two 6” outlets with lockable valves on one end which can be used to fill and empty simultaneously.
When emptied, it can be reeled up by the Winsystem, moved to another site and laid out ready for filling again.
The second is the L Tank which is a pillow type tank, suitable for all non-aggressive liquids, available in capacities of up to 500mᵌ and inlet/outlets with valves in any position and of any size. The L Tank simply requires a smooth, level site.
All Albers Alligator products are manufactured from PVC coated polyester fabric and high frequency welded. The material is highly UV stable and designed for a long service life.
