Reducing Downtime, Improving Reliability, Managing Risk

Do you know what Automation is installed in your plant?

Radwell International has launched a new range of services and solutions for companies looking to manage plant assets and reduce maintenance costs. Whilst most companies are reducing inventory, Radwell continues to invest and now stocks in excess of 18 million new and used automation products. With their experience of providing support in areas of Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (MRO), they can offer site specific bespoke solutions to improve plant performance and drive cost savings.

The new solutions combine supply-chain procurement with life-cycle asset management that reduces the total cost of ownership.  As the maintenance function within organisations is continually stretched, there are not always the resources to focus on obsolescence and to manage the stocking policy. Procurement and transactional solutions focus on reducing administration costs, but lack the technical support that the engineering and maintenance function require. Many of these conceptual solutions are not sustainable or fail to deliver the proposed benefits. This is where Radwell is different.

The process starts by understanding and managing your installed base. Radwell will complete an installed base evaluation (IBE) and the subsequent report will provide detailed analysis to help you manage your plant. Bespoke solutions will enable you to implement a planned approach to maintenance.

This will provide:

  • Strategic approach to reducing the cost of maintenance
  • A plan to manage current and future obsolescence
  • Warranty tracking documented for repair failure trends
  • Recommended min/max levels and identification of critical spares required
  • Identify opportunities for standardisation
  • Improve maintenance decisions with accurate data

In addition Radwell are also offering round the clock Field Service Engineers, who offer support for those day to day challenges faced by engineering and maintenance teams. Multi-skilled engineers will work in partnership with your maintenance team to offer quick solutions for diagnostics, fault finding and will offer a replacement product or repair at our state of the art repair facility.

Managing Director Martin Keegan commented, “The Radwell core business provides customers with high quality products, which are competitively priced and this is supported by a service driven culture. As we continue to expand, we are adding solutions that help clients manage their operation and drive efficiency.”

Radwell is known for providing high quality electronic repairs and surplus parts backed by a 2-year warranty and this fast growing company also sell an increasing range of competitively priced new parts, which compete with traditional distributors. As the world’s largest stockist of surplus Industrial Automation products, Radwell has focused on product availability and quick turnaround times to support production facilities and reduce downtime.

This fast-growing Midlands based company now services more than 166 countries across EMEA.  With a facility already open in Germany they are adding new facilities throughout Europe over the next 5-years.
