Lascar’s solution? The EasyLog families of EL-CC-1 temperature data loggers, EL-CC-2 temperature & humidity data loggers and EL-PDF-1 software-free temperature data loggers.
Available in packs of 10 with prices starting at just £12.50 a logger, Lascar’s EL-CC sensors provide users with extremely low cost loggers for all stages of the Cold Chain process. All loggers are pre-programmed with set sample rates and alarms for monitoring Chilled Goods, Frozen Goods and Ripening Goods, simply press an on-board button to start logging and put the logger in place. Status LEDs indicate whether the unit is currently in logging mode, an alarm has been met during the session or the battery is low.
Once your session is completed, tear open the waterproof plastic wallet to reveal the USB connector and plug it in to your PC. You can then view a graph of the logging session or download the data as a CSV file or PDF. Both the EL-CC-1 and EL-PDF-1 families are re-useable. Once information is downloaded from the logger, use its accompanying PC software to ‘Prime’ the logger for the next logging session, place it into a new plastic waterproof accessory bag and its ready to go again.
The added benefit of our newest addition to the cold chain family – EL-PDF-1 – is that no software is required. When plugged in the USB port of a PC, a PDF report is auto-generated. This eliminates the need for software on every computer that may need to read the data.
