EAO Series 45 switches offer IP69K sealing and metal or plastic construction
The new Series 45 switch product line, ensures safety and reliability for all the different switching functions within machinery and industrial automation. It is ideal for use in machine operator panels, control stations, handheld controllers and other factory automation applications.

The Series 45 provides all of your HMI component needs from a single product range with a full range of switch functions that includes: pilot light indicators, pushbutton switches, selector switches, key switches, illuminated emergency stops, potentiometers, buzzers, toggle sticks, palm switches etc.
The jet wash proof IP69K sealing means these products can handle even the most arduous cleaning regimes, and there are also additional silicon covers to further guard against contamination.
The choice of 22.5mm front actuators includes an all plastic version, a shiny nickel chrome plated metal version and a plastic body with a stainless steel front ring, whilst the 30.5mm flush mount version are only 4.2mm proud of the panel and have a stainless steel bezel.

Setting new standards in terms of ergonomic design, functionality, reliability and safety it offers easy assembly with a special through hole seal that holds the switch in place with a single point fixing on the mounting flange.
The wide range of contact blocks and LED lighting blocks, offer both screw terminal and cage clamp fixings, with silver or gold contacts and the LED blocks can be driven from 24VDC or direct from 240VAC.
